Hello, friends and supporters,

I'm writing with relief and gratitude: with one last package going out today, reward shipping is complete.

This Kickstarter was a humbling experience-- and only now, after getting 600-odd packages out the door, do I really feel like I know what I'm doing. Maybe the hardest thing about a one-off Kickstarter project like this one is that it's not something you know how to do until you're doing it. Thank you for your patience as I figured it out.

Unless your name is Art, your package should have arrived by now. If it didn't, please let me know asap and I'll get a replacement out the door if I'm able; or we'll make a postal insurance claim if I'm not. (Art, your package will be there by Thursday.)

Eleven of you never filled out your backer survey, so I don't have an address to send your rewards to! If this is you, find it in your inbox and send it over, or reach out to me and I'll re-send it, or ... we'll work it out. But I need you to get in touch.

If you follow our other social media, you probably know: we're comfortably moved in the new space and hosting signings, classes, parties, and book clubs a few times a week. And, of course, we are full of the finest new comics material for you to come purchase. We invite new people into this awesome medium every single day, and support long-time fans in finding new friends and new favorites. 

We hosted a wedding last month. It was beautiful. I feel so lucky to get to do this thing. (And congratulations to Valentine and Diane!)

In any case, I hope you'll all make it in sometime soon, if you haven't done so already, to see this beautiful thing we're building.

Thank you all so much for your support. I'm so grateful for all you've done for us, and I love seeing more and more of you come visit the new space.

Rewards are making their way out, but slowly, and with errors. I learned yesterday that one package arrived postage-due, in spite of the assurances of my mailing software. I am SO sorry that this happened-- I'm taking steps to avoid it on future shipments. Other packages have been returned for one reason or another, and we're reaching out to people as this happens. 

38% of rewards are shipped. This means, if you still haven't gotten yours, you are in the majority, but we are making forward progress.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP YOUR REWARD IN PERSON, PLEASE REPLY TO THIS THREAD. I am now logistically situated to make that happen, and we'll have a box of assembled, name-tagged rewards at the shop's front counter starting Saturday, Nov 16. 

If you're not in a position to come in, no worries-- they'll be out the door as soon as we can manage. Thank you so much for your continuing support, and for your patience.

For Halloween: A Problem of Missing Guts

Hello! Here’s a spooky trick: we somehow set up our fulfillment software such that it isn’t distinguishing between those of you who ordered just a tote bag, and those who are expecting totes filled with exciting random goodies! If you receive a bag in mail in the next few days that is distressingly guts-less, don’t fret: we’re working out the glitch and will make sure you get your treats as soon as possible. ...and so are our pins! 

Hey all, sorry for the delay in an update. We are SO close to having all the pin in our hands. That is the last bit we need before shipments out rewards. We have the bags, the prints, and everything else, but the pins.

On the other side of things in you've been following us on Facebook the new space is more beautiful than what we could have imagined and things are rolling along. 

Again, I do want to apologize for the delay in shipments on rewards. The pins are very close to being in our hands so we can have a party and ship those out to everyone.
